House rules
Arrival: from 16h
Departure: at the latest to 10u.
Departure on Sunday: at the latest to 14u.
Please report your departure to the owner. You can then hand over your keys.
The departure and arrival hours stated in the house rules take priority over any hours otherwise stated when booking.
Only paying guests stay in the house. It is forbidden to let friends, family... stay overnight. We do not accept bachelor parties!
Your pet is welcome. However, please always want to ensure that all dog waste is removed OVERALL. We ask that you bring your pet as much as possible and do not leave it alone in the house/garden for long.
The house is completely non-smoking. Lighting candles is prohibited. Setting off fireworks or keeping them in the house/garden is prohibited.
The use of deep fryer, fondue set, gourmet, teppanyaki plate... is prohibited.
Upon departure, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets must be left clean:
- Wash kitchen utensils and return them to their original place. Sink, dishwasher, oven fridges and freezer complete emptying and cleaning. Don't forget to bring all your own conveniences back home.
- Remove sheets ( duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase) and leave folded together in the room.
- Cleaning showers, washbasins and toilets.
- All rubbish in the appropriate bins please!
- Put books and board games back in their original places.
- Put all remote controls back in their original place.
- Please report broken items to the owner.
Garden:
- BBQ and grills thorough cleaning please ! Tools for this are in the storeroom. Ash can be put in the metal bucket with lid. 80€ will be deducted from the deposit if BBQ and grills are not clean.
- Clean garden table and chairs, close parasol, clean lounge chairs and store cushions.
- Please respect the plantings in the garden. Want to make sure that you yourself as well as your pets do not walk through the newly planted grasses please.
Thank you very much for taking care of all this. Your contribution makes cleaning go more smoothly so that guests after you can also enjoy a cosy, well-cleaned holiday home.
Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
The owner is not responsible for accidents in and around the holiday home, nor for theft, loss or damage during or as a result of your stay in the holiday home
